Sparrows (a haiku)




















nimble song pilots
noble killers of no one
only crushing seeds

    i know it is a humble offering for a long overdue update...

    but i've been writing/talking haiku form a lot lately.

    this one came to me walking up to Austin Community College for my statistics class (which i'm actually passing!)

    five syllable line
    then seven syllable line
    then another five

    he's a funny fella and very creative. his dad owns an african mission organization in lubbock.

    anyhow, i went to listen to him sing last night, and he brought in this guy from washington d.c. named andy zipf ... have you ever heard him? oh boy. he's so good! has a beautifully clear voice. plus he has red hair, so that makes him a little cooler in my book.

    Even though it's really short

    I also like the haiku about haiku.
